Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Shinka Systems reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments after providing written notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shinka Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Shinka Systems makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the website content.

Services provided under a specific agreement are subject to the warranties outlined in that agreement. In the absence of such provisions, services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Shinka Systems reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to our website for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will continue to be in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
