You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Intellectual property for custom software developed under a service agreement is governed by that specific agreement.

Both parties agree to protect proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement.

Confidentiality obligations continue after an agreement ends and apply to employees, agents, and subcontractors of both parties.

Fees, billing cycles, payment methods, taxes, and due dates are specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may result in interest, suspension, or other remedies allowed by the agreement or law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shinka Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website or service use.

Our total liability for a claim related to services will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties about accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

Services are provided according to the warranties in the applicable agreement. If no warranty is stated, services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the applicable agreement.

Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, and limitation of liability, remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
