Can you start without giving you full admin access?

Yes. We start with a scoped, time-bound access request and document everything we do. We never need standing root access to deliver.

What happens after handover?

You get a written runbook, credential transfer, and an optional 14-day touch-back window for clarifications at no additional cost.

Can you take over an existing setup?

Often, yes. We do a quick audit first to confirm what is salvageable vs what needs a clean rebuild. The audit itself is fixed-fee.

Do you sign NDAs?

Standard mutual NDAs are fine. We can also operate under your vendor MSA if you have one.
