Do I need DLT if I send only OTPs?
Yes. All operator-bound SMS to Indian numbers — including OTPs — flow through DLT-registered headers and templates since the 2021 TRAI mandate.
Can the same header send to all operators?
Yes — once registered on one operator DLT portal, the header is replicated across operators in 24–72 hours. We track the rollout.
How long do template approvals take?
Header: usually 2–4 hours. Content templates: 2–12 hours depending on operator queues and content category.
Do you handle promotional templates too?
Yes. Promotional needs DND scrubbing, time-window enforcement, and stricter content review — we configure all of it.
